Children Of The Discordance is a Tokyo-based brand founded in 2011 by Hideaki Shikama and is inspired by his personal experiences and culture. Since 2013, Shikama has made use of fair-trade materials from EZLN in Mexico and Hirbawi Textile Factory in Palestina for his collections. Children Of The Discordance has earned various recognitions since its launch and has shown in New York and Paris fashion weeks. . The brand also received the 2017 TOKYO FASHION AWARD.
