To RSVP, simply click on the BUY TICKET button located at the top right of this page and you will be guided to a ticketing page, where you can RSVP by filling in a registration form.
You will receive an email confirmation once you have registered. A reminder email will also be sent to you around one week before the event date.
Upon purchasing your choice of pass and completing registration, you will receive a dedicated access code and link to watch the forum in action on event day.
Yes, 3 languages (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) of simultaneous interpretation will be provided for you to select during the live session and in the playback.
Yes, all pass holders are entitled to access post-event videos and recordings 10 days after the physical event. The access to recordings is valid until Jan 31, 2022.
Simply log in to our forum webcast platform during the on-demand viewing period (please refer to Question 5). From there, you will find streaming videos that you can play back from a desktop or mobile device.
All Pass holders will have access to the networking function within the forum webcast platform, where you can connect with other fellow attendees via direct message or via their shared contact information, such as their LinkedIn.
Of course, you can submit your questions under Q&A section on the webcast platform during the event. Speakers will reply to selective audience’s questions during the Q&A session.
The physical forum will take place at The St. Regis Hong Kong. And The Fashion Asia Official Website will host live webcast of the full forum for all pass holders. The flexibility of choice is yours!
All visitors are required to wear a mask when entering the event venue as well as for the entire duration of their stay; admission will be denied otherwise.
All persons wearing ‘compulsory quarantine’ hand straps will be prohibited from entering the venue.
All visitors are required to pass the temperature check at the entrance point of the event venue. Any person with a body temperature of 37.5°C or above will be denied entry.
Please do not gather inside the event venue and always maintain social distancing.
