Amassing nearly three decades of expertise in luxury retail development, high-end leasing, and strategic brand partnerships, she champions the philosophy that modern retail complexes are shifting urban ecosystems reflecting evolving cultural values.
Following her foundational career in marketing and communications at Hilton International Bangkok, Dior, and Estée Lauder, Onthira joined The Mall Group in 2005. Her visionary leadership successfully positioned Emporium as Thailand’s first luxury mall, shaped EmQuartier into a community hub with unparalleled experiences, and recently launched EmSphere-a sophisticated convergence of retail, culture, and vibrant entertainment. Onthira is currently translating her deep grasp of consumer psychology into her most visionary project to date: Bangkok Mall.
